2) TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

We process the following personal data:

• Identification data (first name, surname),
• Contact data (email, telephone, address),
• Dati di officina (informazioni di identificazione del veicolo marca, modello, telaio, targa, scadenze… ),
• Dati del proprio cv caricati nella sezione lavora con noi,
• Transaction data (e.g. payments, orders),
• Technical data (IP address, navigation data, cookies - see cookie policy),
• Job position data,
• Any other data voluntarily provided through the site's forms

3) PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

4) MODALITIES OF TREATMENT

Processing is carried out using computerised and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the above purposes
indicated, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR.

5) DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were
collected and in any case:

• Up to 10 years for accounting and tax obligations
• Per un periodo massimo di 24 mesi dalla raccolta, salvo rinnovo del consenso da parte dell’interessato per finalità di marketing. Al termine, i dati verranno cancellati o anonimizzati, salvo revoca anticipata del consenso.
• 24 mesi per i Cv caricati sul sito.
• 12 months for unconfirmed contact data (e.g. unactivated accounts)

6) COMMUNICATION AND TRANSFER OF DATA

The data may be communicated to third parties (external data processors) who provide services
instrumental to the above-mentioned purposes, such as:

• Web developers and maintainers
• Cloud service or hosting providers
• Couriers and logistics companies
• Providers of marketing or customer relationship management services
• The updated list of Responsible Persons is available on request.
• Data may be transferred abroad, including outside the EU, only to countries that provide an adequate level of protection or on the basis of adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
Accessing your data
Request rectification or cancellation
Restricting or opposing processing
Obtaining data portability
Withdrawing consent (without prejudice to treatments already carried out)

8) COMPLAINT TO THE AUTHORITY

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) if he/she considers that his/her rights have been violated.

L’azienda gestisce pagine ufficiali su piattaforme social (es. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Quando interagisce con gli utenti tramite tali canali, può trattare i dati personali degli stessi (es. nome utente, commenti, messaggi privati) per fornire assistenza o rispondere a richieste o per finalità di comunicazione o promozione. Tali dati saranno trattati nel rispetto del GDPR. Le piattaforme social sono titolari autonomi del trattamento per i dati raccolti tramite i propri sistemi e secondo le proprie privacy policy, disponibili nelle rispettive pagine Web.
