2) TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

We process the following personal data:

• Any other data voluntarily provided through the site's forms

Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were
collected and in any case:

• Up to 10 years for accounting and tax obligations
• For a maximum period of 24 months after collection, unless consent is renewed by the data subject for marketing purposes. At the end, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless consent is revoked in advance."
• 12 months for unconfirmed contact data (e.g. unactivated accounts)

instrumental to the above-mentioned purposes, such as:

• Web developers and maintainers
• Cloud service or hosting providers
• Couriers and logistics companies
• Providers of marketing or customer relationship management services
• The updated list of Responsible Persons is available on request.
• Data may be transferred abroad, including outside the EU, only to countries that provide an adequate level of protection or on the basis of adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Request rectification or cancellation
Restricting or opposing processing
Obtaining data portability
Withdrawing consent (without prejudice to treatments already carried out)
